Lore
The European Alliance fights the way it was built: deliberately, by committee, and with overwhelming engineering once the committee agrees. The Siege Cannon is the committee's favorite weapon — a railgun battery the size of a small factory, moved in sections, assembled behind the lines, and aimed at the one problem European doctrine considers truly serious: a city that will not open its gates.
Nothing about it is subtle. Emplacement takes a day; the firing solution, hours of survey work; each shot, a municipal power budget. But when the battery speaks, fortifications that shrugged off conventional artillery for weeks develop structural opinions of their own.
Alliance gunners maintain the old siege tradition of naming their pieces. The names are jokes. The paperwork requesting a target is not.
When to use
Deploy against fortified cities and elite heavies: Damage 6 without retaliation dismantles anything static. Move 1 means the front must come to it — commit it only when the siege line is set and screened.
