Eurasian Union

Opening (rounds 1–10)

Anchor your capital and nearest resource hubs: trunk roads toward the core pay off earlier than scatter-shot expansion. Spend AP deliberately—either secure integration on one early capture or hold a clean defensive front. Keep stability above unrest thresholds; Eurasia’s passive rewards disciplined macro pacing.

Mid-game (rounds 10–25)

Pivot to stable level 3–4 city income while keeping mobile stacks on hot borders. Tech either pushes science_5 for the tech clock or economic 3–4 for roads/ports. Even continental builds bleed if you concede the entire coastline to amphibious pressure.

Late game (25+)

Late game rewards whoever converts stability and high city tiers into both science and armies. Close victory timers with proactive play, not idle farming. If military win is near, budget integration time per capture or the meter stalls.

Counter-factions

Strong versus factions that must sustain long overland lines (South America, parts of Africa); weaker versus early Pacific naval pressure and African mobility vices. Against science-heavy Asia, raid flanks and trade choke points while they climb to science_5.
